About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while guiding clients through every stage of their Mercedes-Benz ownership journey.
You will be responsible for developing long-term customer relationships, identifying opportunities across our vehicle range, and delivering a premium sales experience that reflects the values and standards of the Mercedes-Benz brand.
In this role, you will:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

Deliver a personalised, end-to-end sales experience from enquiry through to vehicle delivery

Present and demonstrate the Mercedes-Benz vehicle range with confidence and professionalism

Leverage an exciting pipeline of approximately 40 new model launches over the next two years

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

Manage customer leads, follow-ups, and sales activities through CRM systems

Coordinate seamless vehicle handovers that create memorable customer experiences

Maintain compliance with dealership processes, Mercedes-Benz Australia standards, and regulatory requirements

Work collaboratively with Finance & Insurance, Service, and Delivery teams

Represent Mercedes-Benz Canberra with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
To be successful, you will have:

Proven experience in automotive sales, with luxury automotive experience highly regarded

Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
