Role and Responsibilities

A full-time Level 1 IT support and helpdesk engineer is required and will include the following day-to-day activities.

Desktop support
Entry Level Microsoft 365 Administration
Remote Monitoring and Management
Entry Level System Administration
Basic Network troubleshooting
Manage IT support incidents/requests/changes
Logging and updating tickets
Resolve/escalate incidents/requests
Provide remote support to customers via remote connection tools
Diagnose and troubleshoot incidents
Timesheet logging and submission

Skills and Requirements

The successful candidate will hold the following key attributes:

Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
Technical experience with desktop support
Active Directory Management and Administration
Microsoft 365 Administration and Support
Remote Monitoring and Management experience
Mac OS X, Any Linux/Unix variants
Network troubleshooting knowledge

Certifications

The below certifications are desired however not compulsory

MS-900
AZ-900
CompTIA IT Fundamentals
CompTIA A+
