Due to an exciting internal career progression, we are seeking a Fraud Specialist to join our Technical Operations, who provide technical support to our Claims teams. Reporting to the Manager - Fraud, Work Capacity and Recoveries, this is an exciting and unique opportunity to elevate your case management experience, and contribute to positive outcomes for GB and our clients alike.

What you’ll be doing:

Manage a portfolio of fraud matters and the initial review and referral process;
Undertake human reviews of newly identified fraudulent claims and activity;
Initiating referrals to the Fraud Technical Specialist and Management;
Provide advice to Case Managers around identification and processes;
Supporting broader business and risk initiatives and projects.

About you:

You’ll have extensive experience in workers compensation case management;
Experience or exposure to fraud management and prevention would be advantageous, however interest in the space is a must!
Strong attention to detail and analytic skills;
A team player who enjoys collaboration with the ability to coach and mentor others;
Exceptional time management and organisational skills;
Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of organisation.
