Description

ESG has been involved in filling projects for over 20 years and from humble beginnings filling eroded farm paddocks and landscaping Golf Courses we are now involved in major backfilling projects for quarries, large-scale residential developments and major capping projects for redundant landfills.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be tasked with:

Prepare monthly project reports, including risk and opportunity registers.
Manage subcontractor procurement such as tendering, selection, contracts, and invoices.
Support contract management, including project claims and invoices.
Coordinate project resources to keep delivery on time, on budget, and to spec.
Supervise team members and maintain accurate project documentation.
Maintain compliance with Group financial systems and support audits.
Establish OH&S standards on site and report hazards or incidents.

You will need to have:

The ability to travel between ESG sites within the north/west suburbs.
A valid Drivers Licence.
A valid Construction Induction Card (White Card).
A degree in Civil Engineering.
A track record delivering civil, infrastructure, demolition, or major construction projects.
Solid planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
The ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
A good grasp of project costs, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial performance.
Strong communication skills with the ability to builds relationships easily.
