- Previous customer facing experience across Precasters, Tier 1 and Tier 2 civil infrastructure and high rise contractors
- Current or previous experience in account management and business development
- Full Drivers licence
- Strong communication skills
- Problem solving and negotiation skills
- Experience using a CRM and MS suite
- Experience in engineering construction or construction industry is preferable
- Strong business acumen and reporting skills
