Quest South Perth Foreshore brings a stunning accommodation experience for both the business traveller and leisure traveller to South Perth. Located in the prime position of South Perth, with easy and fast access to the South Perth Esplanade, Quest South Perth Foreshore boasts unparalleled views over the Swan River and on looking to the Perth City Centre. Quest South Perth Foreshore has been strategically positioned just 3km from Perth CBD making it just short of a 5-minute drive to corporate offices in Perth. Adding to this, the location benefits from a range of major tourist attractions including Perth Zoo, South Perth Foreshore, The Old Mill & Sir Mitchell Park.

We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Front Office Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis and or part time basis. Scope to also include sales admin support to grow the role further

The Role

The role involves all aspects of the front office operation. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following;

Providing friendly, personalised customer service when dealing with guests
Promoting the business and contributing to budgeted revenue targets
Processing reservations and ensuring full and accurate data capture
Assisting corporate and leisure guests with check in, explaining the hotel facilities and location, check out and ensuring the smooth running of the reception desk.

The Ideal Candidate

The Ideal Candidate will possess the following key attributes and experience;

A passion for customer service thus ensuring a positive experience for all of our guests
A strong sales focus when promoting and selling accommodation services and facilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to time manage and work autonomously
Experience with Property Management Systems
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Detail orientated with high standards of personal presentation and team orientated ethos.

Previous reception experience within the hospitality/travel or tourism industry will be highly regarded. We also encourage those with sales experience or customer interfacing roles such as call centre operator or retail to apply.

The successful applicant must be available to work shifts including weekends and public holidays and have entitlements to work in Australia.
