About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist / Corporate Concierge to join our team in Perth.
As the first point of contact for clients, visitors and employees, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a professional, welcoming and seamless workplace experience. This is a highly visible position suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional customer service and supporting a busy corporate environment.
No two days will be the same. From managing front-of-house operations and coordinating meeting rooms to supporting workplace events and assisting with day-to-day office activities, you'll be at the heart of the workplace experience. This role will suit a person who would enjoy working alternating weekly shifts of 7:30am-3:30pm and 9:00am-5:00pm.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome visitors, clients and employees with a professional and friendly approach
Manage incoming calls, emails and general enquiries
Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor requirements
Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area
Manage mail, deliveries and courier services
Provide administrative support to the wider team
Organise access passes for employees
Assist with day-to-day office operations and facilities coordination
About You
Minimum 3 years' experience in reception, customer service, hospitality or administration roles
Professional presentation with a polished corporate demeanour
Happy to work alternating weekly shifts of 7:30am-3:30pm and 9:00am-5:00pm
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, dependable and a genuine team player
Flexible, adaptable and comfortable working in a changing environment
Confident engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders
