Full Job Description

We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Dental Receptionist to join our team at Commercial Road Dental on a part-time basis.

This is a 3-month fixed-term contract with the potential for extension, offering an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly and supportive dental practice dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

About the Role

As a Dental Receptionist in our thriving Commercial Road Dental practice, you’ll play a key role in clinical treatment. You’ll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.

Skills & Experience

You have:

Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist - desirable
Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) - desirable

You are:

Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail
Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
