The Opportunity
As a Claims Advisor, you will manage a portfolio of workers' compensation claims and support customers throughout their recovery and return-to-work journey. Working closely with employers, healthcare providers and injured workers, you will play a key role in facilitating positive return-to-work outcomes.

In this role, you will:

Manage a diverse portfolio of claims, including physical and psychological injury claims
Build relationships with injured workers, employers, medical professionals and allied health providers
Make informed decisions by interpreting medical information and applying legislation and policy
Balance competing priorities in a fast-paced, phone-based environment while delivering positive customer outcomes

About You

Customer-focused professional with a passion for helping others
Resilient and composed in challenging situations
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Exceptional administrative skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain clear, accurate and timely documentation
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to autonomously manage competing priorities
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders
Collaborative team member who proactively contributes to solutions
Experience in case management, insurance, health, customer service or relationship management environments
Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, psychology, business or law are advantageous
