As a Student Services Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering a consistent, high-quality campus experience for new and existing students. You'll take ownership of enquiries from start to finish, working with teams across Torrens University to provide clear information, resolve issues and help students progress confidently through their studies.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys being visible and accessible on campus, thrives in a fast-paced, target-led environment, and takes pride in turning complex questions into positive student experiences.
