What You'll Be Doing
You'll be at the heart of our operations, coaching and guiding your team to success:

Coach & Motivate, inspire your team daily, creating a high-performing environment.
Monitor agent performance, give constructive feedback, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Work with the Sales Manager to track and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual team targets.
Help recruit, onboard, and train new lead generation agents, and even mentor emerging team leaders.
Jump in to assist with challenging calls or complex customer queries, always ensuring we're compliant with policies and regulations.
Take charge of key projects that advance the team, and even create fun, short-term incentives that encourage creativity.

What You'll Bring to the Team

At least 2 years in a team leadership role in an outbound call centre
A solid grasp of customer engagement, sales techniques, and lead generation processes.
You have a genuine passion for staff development and know how to motivate different personalities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially when things get busy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You're comfortable with CRM software, Google Suite, and can quickly pick up new applications, including outbound dialling tools.
If you know your way around the Health Insurance industry, that's a bonus!
