If you are wanting to take the next step into management, here is your opportunity to lead both Court Diversion teams in MERIT and Drug Court. Based within Drug Health Services, you will work alongside experienced and dedicated staff who are committed to providing the best patient-centred care.

Lead both Court Diversion teams across the MERIT and Drug Court programs.
Support experienced staff who are committed to providing the best patient-centred care.
The Court Diversion Office is located in Liverpool CBD, however there my be opportunities to work from Campbelltown when required to help grow your professional development.

We are looking for someone who leads by example and is passionate about supporting staff to grow and succeed. You will bring a collaborative approach, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to improving services for people accessing alcohol and other drug treatment programs.

A leader who is committed to supporting staff and encouraging professional development.
Passionate about leading staff across both programs and contributing to their ongoing growth and development.
Demonstrated experience working with alcohol and other drug clients would be an advantage.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
An open-minded approach with a focus on identifying quality improvement opportunities.

Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

Tertiary qualification as deemed relevant by the employer and current registration with AHPRA where applicable.
Please outline your leadership experience a clinical service, including any strategic planning and quality and performance improvement development.
Please outline what you believe are the experiences needed to lead a multidisciplinary team and please provide examples of when you have used these experiences.
Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P. Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
