About the Role

We are seeking a versatile, highly driven Educational Pathway & Customer Success Advisor to join our foundation team in Melbourne. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that bridges expert academic advisory with premium customer success management.

On the front end, you will welcome incoming inquiries, guide parents through our diagnostic assessment data, and strategically match students into our personalized learning tiers. On the back end, you will act as the critical anchor—supporting our elite tutor cohort, coordinating student tracking metrics, and driving family retention through proactive communication. This is a high-growth, commission-eligible position where your financial rewards scale directly with your enrollment sales and student retention outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Convert incoming warm inquiries into formal enrollments through professional academic counseling.
Guide parents through initial diagnostic assessment data and recommend tailored educational pathways.
Coordinate with administration to arrange class schedules and assist in scheduling execution.
Cooperate with educators to track student progress and support personalized learning goals.
Manage digital communication channels for students and parents, and track tuition payment status.
Communicate with parents in a timely manner to build strong, trusted, and long-term relationships.
Execute proactive client retention strategies and resolve customer feedback to minimize student churn.
Drive community-based parent referral incentive programs to lower customer acquisition costs.
Follow Child Safe Standards to maintain a supportive campus environment.

Skills & Requirements

Valid Australian work rights with unrestricted working hours.
Tertiary degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Education, or relevant disciplines.
Proven experience in educational sales, course consulting, or customer success environments.
Deep understanding of the Victorian education system and the VCE syllabus frameworks.
Strong and quick learning agility to quickly master course structures and program details.
Communicate with parents with exceptional empathy and professionalism, with experience using CRM tools to manage leads preferred.
Complete professional fluency in both English and Mandarin to interface seamlessly with local families.
Available to work flexible hours aligned with peak tutoring periods, including weekends.
Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and a National Police Check, or willingness to obtain them
