Full Job Description

Your key responsibilities:
Providing independent, strategic, consistent, timely advice to the Executive Director as well as the HPRB leadership team regarding contentious, time-critical or confidential matters and other issues as required to ensure business continuity.
Resolving issues, particularly contentious, time-critical or confidential matters as required by the HPRB Executive leadership team.
Facilitating a strong and effective professional and consultative relationship with other Population Health Branches, Health and Hospital public health units and officers from other departments and key external stakeholders.
Developing and maintaining effective professional partnerships with internal and external stakeholders in the development of policies, practices and initiatives to ensure consistency with the Division's direction and corporate strategic intent.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing and motivational skills and an ability to role model professional and expected behaviours and build strong peer relationships.
A values-driven, decisive, transparent and inclusive leadership style that values and promotes the contribution of peers and subordinates in the development and implementation of solutions to organizational challenges and goals.
A high-level ability to develop and drive change at a system level and a proven ability to deliver key public health priorities.
