- Coordinating stakeholder engagement and government relations activities.
- Identifying emerging policy issues and opportunities to influence positive change.
- Supporting senior leaders in advocacy, consultation and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Leading a high-performing team and fostering collaboration across the organisation.
What you'll bring
- Tertiary qualifications in public policy, political science, law, communications, business or a related field.

- Proven ability to influence outcomes and build strong relationships across complex stakeholder environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing policy submissions and executive briefings.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience with GovConnex would be advantageous, though not a necessity.
Experience within the Defence, veteran support or ex-service organisation sector will be highly regarded.
