We are seeking a full-time motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, driving sales growth and promoting our products and services.

Your Responsibilities will include:

Develop key accounts with the focus on achieving desired outcomes for the business and client
Manage a diverse account of national and international clients within the complementary medicine industry
Understand client needs and preferences, and recommend appropriate products and solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to clients
Achieve sales targets and objectives as assigned.

Skills and experience:

Previous experience in an Account Manager, Sales or Business Development role
Strong relationship management and communication skills
Commercially driven with a strong customer focus
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Confident working with internal and external stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, FMCG or a related industry will be highly regarded
