We're looking for a Creative Copywriter & Agentic Content Lead to help shape how Zurich connects with customers across every stage of their journey and build our agentic content strategy and governance. Sitting within our Marketing Chapter and supporting our whole enterprise, you'll play a key role in helping customers better understand their cover, build confidence in their decisions, and stay engaged with the products that protect what matters most.
This is a unique opportunity to combine exceptional copywriting with emerging AI capability. You'll create compelling customer communications while helping Zurich scale high-quality content through agentic AI, ensuring every interaction remains clear, compliant, human, and distinctly Zurich. As we continue our digital transformation, you'll help define what great customer communication looks like in an AI-enabled future.
You will also be responsible for the following:
- Monitor how Zurich brands, products and topics are represented across AI platforms, translate prompt insights into content opportunities, and continuously optimise content architecture, retrieval pathways and knowledge assets to maximise AI visibility and answer accuracy.
- Create clear, engaging customer communications across campaigns, digital channels, policy communications and lifecycle journeys
- Create relatable narratives that show why life insurance matters, using real-life examples and testimonials to connect emotionally.
- Help develop and execute marketing campaigns, with headlines and calls to action that drive engagement.
- Partner with stakeholders across marketing, product, legal, risk, design and technology to deliver customer-focused content outcomes

You will have strong stakeholder management, influencing, and process capabilities. You'll think differently and be a naturally curious and collaborative communicator who enjoys turning complex ideas into simple, meaningful experiences for customers. Comfortable working across people, processes and technology, you are adaptable and will bring a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for helping others create great content at scale.
In order to be successful, you will have the following:
- Demonstrated experience creating engaging customer communications, content or copy within a regulated or customer-focused environment
- Strong copywriting, editing and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and channels
- AI fluency and curiosity, shown through expert prompting and experience building and refining content agents with a keen interest on evolving this as AI progresses.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships
- Strong understanding of customer experience principles, content performance and continuous improvement practices
