Content Marketing and Client Success Specialist
Marketing isn't about making things look nice. It's about helping businesses grow. That's what we do here at Hark.
We're looking for someone who's curious about how businesses work and who their partners and customers are. We need someone who asks questions, spots opportunities and connections others miss, and turns complex technical information into content people really want to read or watch.
Our clients are manufacturers, engineering companies and businesses across Australia's defence supply chain. We also help international companies communicate with Australian audiences in a way that feels local, relevant and authentic.
This isn't a high-volume content role. It's strategic. We work closely with our clients, learn their businesses, create purposeful content, coordinate projects, and help them grow and succeed.
You'll need to be comfortable digging into technical detail, understanding what makes our clients genuinely different, and translating that knowledge into clear, compelling content. That means getting your teeth into the technicalities and specialties of each business, making sense of them for yourself first, and then turning them into content that helps others see why those businesses are worth knowing, trusting and bringing into their supply chains.
There will usually be quite a few plates in the air, so you need to be someone who enjoys keeping them there. You’re systematic, you notice the details, you follow things through and you don’t forget about something just because another priority has landed on your desk.
If you enjoy writing, creating audio and video content, connecting the dots, asking questions, and figuring out how things work before you create, we'd love to meet you.
Our main office is based in Brisbane, but we also have an office in Adelaide and teammates in Sydney and Melbourne. We don't expect you to know everything about defence, engineering or manufacturing. We do expect you to be curious enough to learn, confident enough to ask questions, and motivated by work that genuinely helps businesses grow.
Think you're the right fit? Don't tell us which platforms you've used. We'll assume you know the tools of the trade. Instead, tell us your story. What have you achieved? What challenges have you solved? What are you proud of? What have you learned? And most importantly, why do you think Hark is the right place for you?
