THE ROLE...
We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our Residential Sales team based in Adelaide, SA.

As a key member of the team, you will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with products, orders and deliveries, while also providing valuable support to our internal sales representatives. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with customers, builders, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly and customer expectations are exceeded.

Our ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organised and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and enjoy working collaboratively to achieve great outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsiblities:

Liaising directly with builders via phone and email
Supporting the sales team with administrative duties to help achieve team objectives
Maintaining accurate client and project records
Data entry and database maintenance
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Supporting positive and productive internal team relationships
Managing customer orders, delivery schedules and stock allocations
Liaising with procurement, warehousing and logistics teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Resolving customer and site-related issues in a timely and professional manner
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey

Skills and Experiences:
REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE...

A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
A proactive, enthusiastic and team-focused approach
Professional communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
High competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience in customer service, sales support or administrative roles
Previous experience within the building products, construction or home improvement industry is highly regarded but not essential
