A little about the role
As the Salesforce Systems Administrator, you will contribute to the delivery of a secure and modern Salesforce system implementation (internally referred to as KeyLink) that meets business requirements and supports the needs of staff, carers and clients. You will also drive the optimisation and continuous improvement of the solution.
Reporting to the Enterprise Applications Team Lead, you will have a particular focus on the software development lifecycle, including understanding the Salesforce product, gathering business requirements, unit and system testing, end user acceptance, technical change management and release into products.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the KAA Salesforce environment through user provisioning, configuration and security administration, development, integration and test coordinator.
- Assist and train other ICT Support Officers in resolving complex support requests relating to Salesforce.
- Provide direct user support to assist diagnosis and resolution of issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor service performance and escalate issues to the Enterprise Applications Team Lead.
The base salary for this position is $92,286.48 - $99,294.52 per annum + super + salary packaging options up to $15.9k per year. This is a full-time, ongoing position.
About you
The successful candidate will come with qualification/s suitable for the role, such as relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology and/or significant experience in a similar role. Salesforce certifications or equivalent demonstrated experience is also essential.

- Demonstrated experience providing high level support to other ICT team members to assist with issues resolution.
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with external professional service providers to achieve outcomes.
- Knowledge of the principles of confidentiality, integrity and availability, with the ability to apply them to ICT systems and services.
- A proactive and innovative approach to problem solving, anticipating issues before they escalate.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- A commitment to customer excellence and teamwork.
