We create cost-effective, accessible social experiences that bring people together—without the high price tag or awkwardness that can often come with meeting new people.

Where We Are Now

We’re currently in the early stages of the company, with the foundations already in place and a clear opportunity to grow.

We’ve successfully run a series of events and have proven that people are willing to attend, socialise, and become repeat customers because of the experience. At the moment, however, the company is still being run by a single person, who currently organises and runs one event per week.

The next stage is about turning this early traction and success into something much bigger.

Our goal is to increase from one event per week to approximately 4–5 events by February 2027, while continuing to build the brand, community, and customer base around those events.

This is why we’re looking for a Marketing Co-Founder now. We believe the next stage of growth will require someone who can take ownership of marketing and help us consistently attract new people to our events.

Joining at this stage means getting involved before significant scale, with the opportunity to have a major influence on the company's direction and growth.

The Role

As Marketing Co-Founder, you’ll take ownership of the company’s marketing strategy and help shape how we attract, engage, and retain our community.

This is not a traditional marketing role. We’re looking for someone who is fluent in marketing—someone who understands how to build a brand, create compelling content, grow an audience, and turn attention into real-world participation.

You’ll have significant ownership and autonomy, with the opportunity to help shape the company from an early stage.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy.
Help run the events. Must be willing to get involved during the events to ensure they run smoothly.
Build and grow our social media presence and community.
Create campaigns that drive awareness, event attendance, and customer growth.
Develop a strong and recognisable brand identity.
Identify and experiment with new customer acquisition channels.
Create and oversee content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
Analyse marketing performance and continuously improve what we do.
Develop partnerships and collaborations that help us reach new audiences.
Help turn attendees into a loyal community and advocates for the brand.
Work closely with the other founder to shape the company’s positioning, messaging, and growth strategy.
Help develop the marketing engine required to support the expansion from 1 event per week to 4–5 events per week.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

Is genuinely passionate and highly knowledgeable about marketing.
Understands modern digital and social media marketing.
Knows how to create content that people actually want to engage with.
Is comfortable experimenting, testing ideas, and learning quickly.
Has a strong understanding of branding, customer psychology, and audience growth.
Is entrepreneurial and comfortable operating without a predefined playbook.
Can take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
Most importantly, believes in our mission of making socialising more accessible and helping people meet new friends.

You don't necessarily need years of corporate marketing experience. We care more about what you can do, how you think, and how strongly you connect with the mission.

What You Get

This is a Co-Founder position, NOT a salaried marketing job.

As an early-stage co-founder, you will not receive a traditional salary. Instead, your contribution will be rewarded through equity/share ownership in the company.

This means you won't simply be joining a marketing team—you'll be joining the founding team and helping build the company itself. The exact equity arrangement will be discussed based on experience, expected contribution, and level of commitment.

We're looking for a co-founder, not an employee.
