What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, implement, and improve modern workplace and AI solutions

Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs

Support collaboration, productivity, information-sharing, and digital employee experience initiatives

Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve the user experience

Support governance, security, accessibility, and operational requirements

Monitor feedback and service performance to support continuous improvement

What We’re Looking for

Proven enterprise engineering experience across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure integrations or equivalent platforms

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

The ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language

Confidence working with technical specialists, business stakeholders, and end users

A collaborative approach and a strong commitment to customer experience

The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes
