About the Role

Synergex is the Perth branch of Geniux Cleantech Group — one of Australia's fastest-growing renewable energy companies with more than 70 team members in branches in Perth, Geelong, Mildura and Geraldton. Our business spans residential and commercial solar, battery storage, embedded networks, EV infrastructure, energy management, utilities technology and Net Zero solutions.

We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Field Services Coordinator to join our Perth branch team.

As a Field Services Coordinator, you’ll be the face of our service operations — the person our clients trust when they need support, solutions, and a steady hand. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in doing things well, and thrives in a high performing environment. You’ll play a key part in keeping our projects moving, our customers happy, and our service standards consistently high.

This position plays an important role in maintaining service quality, supporting project execution, and ensuring strong customer satisfaction. As a Field Services Coordinator, you will contribute directly to operational success by supporting the branch manager, assisting with project management, scheduling and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

What you’ll be doing

Coordinating and managing project tasks.
Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain strong relationships and encourage repeat business.
Supporting administrative duties such as updating service records, managing documentation, processing service-related requests, and tracking inventory.
Supporting the setup and daily operations of the service desk while contributing to process improvements and efficiency.
Assisting in resolving service desk issues and suggesting improvements to enhance productivity and customer service quality.
Supporting internal checks to ensure work quality, service standards, and operational procedures are consistently followed.
Maintaining good working relationships with manufacturers, dealers, sales teams, and internal departments.
Maintaining awareness of relevant industry practices, tools, and internal service processes.

What we’re looking for

Experience in field service coordination, project management, customer support, rostering, administration, or a related role.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive approach to managing customer relationships.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in customer-facing situations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and support team operations effectively.
A responsible, dependable, and proactive mindset with a focus on service quality and results.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
