Delaware North Australia is hiring a casual Pastry Chef to join our Banquets kitchen team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. As a Pastry Chef, you will bring creativity, precision, and flair to our dynamic kitchen team. What will you do?

Prepare and present a wide variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, and baked goods
Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste
Manage inventory and maintain food safety standards
Collaborate and assist team members with various kitchen duties

More about you

Relevant culinary qualification
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry arts
Creativity and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work a variety of shifts over a 7-day-a-week roster
