The Bluerydge Policing Pathways Program provides a structured transition into mission-critical cybersecurity, technology, and risk management roles. Whether your background is in digital forensics, cybercrime investigations, intelligence, fraud prevention, or risk assessment, your expertise is essential in securing critical infrastructure, countering cyber threats, and protecting national systems.

A structured pathway from frontline service into cybersecurity, ICT, and digital risk roles

Who We’re Looking For

We recruit law enforcement, emergency responders, and intelligence professionals with the skills to assess, investigate, and secure digital systems against threats.

Former police officers, cybercrime specialists, forensic analysts, and intelligence professionals
Currently studying or have completed education in cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field
Experts in investigations, fraud detection, digital risk, and operational security
Technically minded professionals ready to transition into ICT, cybersecurity, and emerging technology roles
Eligible for NV1, NV2, or TSPV clearance (or the ability to obtain one)
