Join our Adelaide team as a Business Administrator, where you'll play a vital role in supporting project teams, Project Managers, and Directors across South Australia. You'll help ensure projects run efficiently by delivering high-quality administrative support, maintaining accurate project systems, and coordinating key business processes. Working across a diverse portfolio of projects and markets, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive consistency, efficiency, and exceptional service.

The Opportunity

Provide administrative support to project teams, ensuring project systems, documentation, and processes are accurate, up to date, and delivered on time.
Coordinate monthly client invoicing, supplier purchase orders, subcontractor invoices, and assist with project claims, change notices, and cashflow processes.
Support Project Managers with project setup, resource planning, reporting, and compliance with internal systems and procedures.
Manage travel bookings, industry event registrations, office administration, and respond to shared inbox requests in a timely manner.
Maintain and update CRM data, assist with pipeline reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement of business administration processes across the South Australian office.

Is this role right for you?

Experience in business administration within a consulting, professional services, or similar environment, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to build effective relationships across all levels of the business and with external stakeholders.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong attention to detail and the ability to influence teams to follow agreed processes and best practices.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with experience in CRM, project management, finance, or reporting systems; Power BI knowledge and proofreading skills will be highly regarded.
