About our role:
Our Adelaide based Civil team need support! It’s a great time to join WGA as a Team Administrator and add immediate value, working collaboratively with our wider Brisbane and national Administration team.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills with the ability to build effective and inclusive relationships
- Previous experience in an Administration role with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent computer skills and intermediate capability with the Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement – in this role, you’ll work closely with the internal team from undergraduates through to regional managers
- Excellent time management and prioritising skills with the ability to proactively anticipate challenges and drive actions
- The ability to exercise sound judgment and find solutions to problems
- The ability to enjoy being flexible with your workload and work collaboratively with the national Administration team
