The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Finance and Administration Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day to day operations and handling of key financial tasks within our transport business.
With a focus on consignment and manifest pricing, weekly and monthly financial reporting, along with daily data entry and payroll requirements, your days will be varied with a sense of routine and rhythm.

You will:
Process accounts payable and receivable
Complete invoice verification payments and reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
Handle payroll administration and ensure compliance within financial regulations
Support site administration tasks such as date entry, maintaining of records, meeting organisation and purchasing of office resources.
What you’ll bring:
Proven administration experience with exposure to financial tasks such as accounts payable and receivable
Confidence using accounting systems and excel spreadsheets to complete accounting functions
Proficiency in Outlook and strong customer service skills
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to adapt when priorities change, as they often do in transport
A keen eye for detail and problem-solving mindset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A team player who knows how to contribute, and can also manage solo work priorities
