As an Operations Coordinator, you will join a dynamic, diverse, and collaborative team to support our specialist radiologists as they report on urgent CT and MRI images for patients based in the UK.
You will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries and providing support. In this role, you will also take on a variety of administrative tasks while collaborating closely with our highly skilled team of Operations Coordinators to ensure seamless support for our radiologists and clients.
We focus on people development, and you will have various opportunities for personal as well as professional growth. Our specialist Training & Recruitment team will provide full induction training, allowing you to start your Everlight journey with confidence. Key responsibilities:
- Liaise between clinicians, radiographers, and radiologists based around the world
- Provide administrative support to radiologists who report routine and urgent radiology exams
- Provide frontline support to our clients – including doctors and radiographers across the world by ensuring patients’ reports are available to clinicians in a timely manner
- Maintain patient information accurately and confidentially
- Manage various IT systems and troubleshooting when required to avoid delays

At Everlight Radiology, we currently operate a hybrid working model where you may have the opportunity to work from home as well as from our offices. In Australia, our offices are located in Brisbane, Sydney, Perth, and Melbourne.
Please be aware that this is a true hybrid arrangement, and there will be an ongoing expectation to work a portion of your time from an Everlight office, even after receiving home-working equipment.
Initially, you will be required to work exclusively from an Everlight office for a minimum of 3 months. Following this, and subject to successful probation period and eligibility, you will receive the necessary equipment to work from home. Application process:
If your initial application is shortlisted, the process consists of three stages:
Stage 1: Skills Assessment
This timed assessment is conducted via Microsoft Forms and is designed to evaluate your attention to detail.
Stage 2: Telephone Interview
A brief 10-15 minute telephone call within your chosen time window. This allows us to learn more about you, your understanding of the role, and your initial suitability.
Stage 3: Teams Video Interview
If successful in the previous stages, you will be invited to a formal interview via Microsoft Teams, lasting approximately 30-45 minutes.
Please note: completion of the skills assessment by midnight of Sunday 26th July is required to progress in the process. Candidates who are successful at this stage will be invited to schedule a telephone interview for the following week.

This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week. As we provide an urgent healthcare service operating 365 days per year, shifts will include set weekends and public holidays. Enhanced pay rates are provided for weekend and public holiday shifts as per the Health Professionals Support Services Award - Level 5. Rosters are assigned on a rotational basis by Everlight and will include approximately two weekend shifts per fortnight. Rosters are typically issued 3-4 weeks in advance.

Induction training will take place for three weeks before moving to your regular schedule (training dates and times are subject to change)
