Full Job Description

Our Client:
Australia's largest integrated cement manufacturer and distributor, operating cement plants, mills, and dispatch terminals nationwide. They supply major construction, mining, and infrastructure industries, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.

The Role:
As a key part of the site operations team, you will be responsible for industrial vacuum loading and cleaning duties within a cement manufacturing facility. Your responsibilities will include:

Operating vacuum loading equipment to remove cement dust build-up
Cleaning conveyor systems and plant areas to maintain safety and efficiency
Performing equipment set up and packdown
Supporting the maintenance and safe operation of vacuum loading equipment
Working in a dusty, heavy industrial environment
Assisting with general industrial cleaning tasks as required

Selection Criteria:

Applicants must currently reside in Brisbane to be considered for this role.
HR Driver's Licence
Experience operating a Vac Truck is highly regarded!
Strong willingness to learn and work in an industrial environment
Physically fit and able to perform labour-intensive tasks
Able to pass a Truck Safe Medical, including Drug & Alcohol testing
Reliable transport to and from site (depot is not accessible to public transpo)
