Join Rally as a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner supporting NDIS participants of all ages across Brisbane and South East Queensland — telehealth or in person, flexible contract, set your own hours.

About Rally

Rally is a coordinated NDIS service across OT, Speech Pathology and Positive Behaviour Support, with a team that actually talks to each other on our own platform. We've launched, we're onboarding participants, and we're growing our behaviour support team across Brisbane and South East Queensland.

We're up and running and actively onboarding participants — join now and help set how we work rather than inherit it.

The role

You'll hold a caseload spanning all ages and partner with participants, families and support workers on practical positive behaviour support, by telehealth or in person.

What you'll do

- Complete functional behaviour assessments with participants, families and support teams

- Develop interim and comprehensive behaviour support plans in line with the NDIS (Restrictive Practices and Behaviour Support) Rules

- Work to reduce and, where possible, eliminate restrictive practices

- Build the capacity of families, carers and support workers to implement strategies

- Coordinate with our OT and Speech team on shared records

What we're looking for

- A suitable NDIS behaviour support practitioner as assessed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (Core, Proficient or Advanced), or working toward suitability via the entry-level pathway with our supervision — all levels welcome

- A relevant background such as psychology, occupational therapy, speech pathology, social work, special education, disability studies or applied behaviour analysis (no single degree is mandated; capability is assessed against the PBS Capability Framework)

- Experience with functional behaviour assessments and behaviour support plans, or building it via the entry-level pathway

- NDIS Worker Screening Check and the NDIS Worker Orientation Module

- Working With Children Check, a national police check, professional indemnity insurance and an ABN

- Confident working over telehealth
