Join our team as a Business Support Officer - Animal Management
Are you an organised administrator who enjoys delivering great customer service and supporting frontline teams? This opportunity sits within our Animal Management team, where you will play a key role in supporting officers responsible for animal-related enquiries, compliance activities and community outcomes across Redlands Coast. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-level administrative support, including correspondence management, records management and meeting coordination.
- Delivering customer service and responding to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting with financial administration, including purchase orders, invoice processing, fees and charges, and budget monitoring.
- Maintaining databases and preparing reports and performance information.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, projects and administrative systems.
- Building positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills and experience:
- Strong administration and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-developed computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and corporate systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and information.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience in an administrative or business support role.
Knowledge of animal management, compliance or regulatory activities would be highly regarded, however we are equally interested in candidates with strong administration and customer service skills who are keen to learn.
