Are you passionate about hospitality and ready to take the next step in your career?At Angelo's Cabarita, we're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Restaurant Manager who leads with energy, enjoys creating memorable guest experiences, and is excited by the opportunity to grow within a dynamic hospitality business.Experience is welcomed but not essential. We believe passion, attitude, and a genuine love for hospitality are far more valuable than years of experience. If you're eager to learn, we'll provide the support and mentorship to help you succeed.

About the Role

You'll be solely responsible for the day-to-day operation of our award-winning waterfront restaurant while working closely with our leadership team to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the front-of-house team during lunch and dinner service.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high service standards.
Recruit, train, mentor and develop team members.
Manage staff rosters and labour costs.
Oversee daily restaurant operations, opening and closing procedures.
Maintain food safety, workplace health and safety, and venue compliance.
Manage stock control, ordering and supplier relationships.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve any service issues.
Drive team performance and create a positive workplace culture.
