Position: NDIS Support Worker
Term: Casual position

Care to Heal Pty Ltd is an NDIS-registered provider dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities in achieving their personal goals. Our services include assistance with daily living, personal care, community participation, and psychosocial support. We tailor our services to each client’s unique needs, promoting independence, inclusion, and overall well-being.

Role & Responsibilities:
As an NDIS Support Worker with Care to Heal, you will:

Provide personal care and support for daily activities.
Encourage community participation and social engagement.
Assist with meal preparation, medication prompts, and light household duties.
Implement and follow personalised care plans.
Foster a safe, positive environment for clients.
Build meaningful connections through mentorship and supportive guidance.
Collaborate with our team to create an inclusive and welcoming space.

Requirements:
To join our team, you must have:

Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain
Current First Aid and CPR Certification
Police Check (within the last 6 months)
Valid Australian Driver’s License
Reliable Vehicle with comprehensive or third-party property damage insurance
Desirable: Minimum 1 year of experience in the disability sector (support work)
