Your Role – Supporting & Encouraging Independence:
We’re seeking passionate, positive, and motivated Support Workers who thrive in a team environment and are committed to delivering person-centred care. In this Home Care role, you’ll support older adults to live independently and meaningfully at home.
Role Type: Permanent Part-Time – 15 hours per fortnight
Location: Woodridge, QLD (Staff may also attend clients in the Zion (Nundah area). A fleet vehicle is available for staff to use while travelling between clients.)
Remuneration: $27.60 - $39.58 ph+ Super + Salary Packaging + Access to Staff Discounts & Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
- Support with transport, shopping, meal prep, and light domestic tasks
- Encourage community participation and social engagement
- Promote independence and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate documentation of care
- Collaborate with families and health professionals
What You Bring:
- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care or Home Care (desirable but not essential)
- Passion for empowering older individuals to live independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-focused mindset
- Valid Queensland Driver’s Licence and own vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
