Remuneration: $40.05 -$54.94 per hour + 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

Do you have a Social Work degree which provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)? Please attach a copy of your degree with your application
Describe a complex case where you supported a consumer and/or their family experiencing significant psychosocial challenges, such as child protection concerns, domestic and family violence, end-of-life care, or a complex discharge. How did you assess their needs, collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, and achieve a positive outcome?
This role requires managing competing priorities in a busy clinical environment while maintaining accurate documentation and delivering consumer-centred care. Can you provide an example of how you balanced a high-volume workload, ensured compliance with organisational or legislative requirements, and maintained quality outcomes for consumers and carers?
