ABOUT THE ROLE
We have a great opportunity for an Ecommerce Specialist (Salesforce Commerce and Marketing Cloud) to join our team on a 12-month contract. If you have a love of fashion and omni channel retail, this is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your experience across our ecommerce channels!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Website content and promotional management through Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including brand promotions and eCommerce category updates
Update website pages with accurate product information including copy, categorisation, images, pricing and promotional tags
Support building and roll-out of EDMs and e-Commerce promotional campaigns
Monitor website for operational issues and troubleshoot to ensure customers are receiving outstanding service and order delivery
Work with Customer Service to assist with any front-end customer issues and escalate to the technical team where necessary

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Strong understanding of eCommerce protocols (HTML, CRM)
Demonstrated eCommerce experience with a passion for online and retail
Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CMS experience highly regarded
Advanced knowledge and experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
