ABOUT THE ROLE
We have a great opportunity for an Ecommerce Specialist (Salesforce Commerce and Marketing Cloud) to join our team on a 12-month contract. If you have a love of fashion and omni channel retail, this is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your experience across our ecommerce channels!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Website content and promotional management through Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including brand promotions and eCommerce category updates
- Update website pages with accurate product information including copy, categorisation, images, pricing and promotional tags
- Support building and roll-out of EDMs and e-Commerce promotional campaigns
- Monitor website for operational issues and troubleshoot to ensure customers are receiving outstanding service and order delivery
- Work with Customer Service to assist with any front-end customer issues and escalate to the technical team where necessary
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Strong understanding of eCommerce protocols (HTML, CRM)
- Demonstrated eCommerce experience with a passion for online and retail
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CMS experience highly regarded
- Advanced knowledge and experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
