Job Requirements:

Your Key Responsibilities:

Handle a variety of telephone and email inquiries with prompt, professional, and effective resolutions
Manage all aspects of XERO bookkeeping, including daily financial transactions
Prepare BAS, IAS, and process payroll efficiently
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
Perform essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Streamline business processes, driving efficiency and best practices
Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Track company expenses and ensure proper documentation and approval
Process invoices, manage payments, and resolve discrepancies
Collaborate closely with the CEO and team to meet organizational goals

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Proven experience with XERO and bookkeeping practices
Previous experience in business administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented approach
The ability to think critically, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced setting
