ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Deputy Principal - Students, as a member of the College Leadership Team, shares in the authority and responsibility of the Principal. A key focus of this role is leading the Pastoral Care team. The team, through the College's pastoral system, leads the pastoral care of students and works with staff to bring about improved outcomes for students in their well-being.
A strong knowledge of high-quality. inclusive and student focused pastoral care models that meet the diverse needs of students is essential. It is also important to have the ability to build meaningful connections with the students, families, and staff to support the pastoral care of students.

- Leadership SAO. Your leadership SAO should demonstrate your philosophy and provide examples of two initiatives you have been involved in at leadership level in each of the pillars: Catholic Identity, Education, Community, and Stewardship. You should use the SAO model to structure your responses as follows:
Situation: What circumstances prompted the needs for you to initiate or implement an improvement strategy?
Action: What specific actions did you take and/or lead?
Outcome: What were the outcomes of your actions? What did you learn?
Applicants are asked to limit their SAO responses to two (2) pages pre pillar.
