About Us and the Role:
We are a vibrant Accommodation provider located in Tarcoola Beach (Geraldton). We pride ourselves on offering a welcoming and family-friendly environment for our guests. We are looking for an enthusiastic and efficient individual to undertake regular maintenance of 2 properties.
Ideally we are seeking someone who can work Monday-Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm although this is negotiable for the right person.
The role will focus on day to day maintenance of the properties, including replacing taps, fixing leaks and general upkeep of properties but may also include assisting with renovations where required.
Experience/Attributes:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in accommodation desirable but not essential
- Experience as a handyperson or undertaking maintenance
- Proactive and have an understanding of workplace health and safety
- Ability to report to and be guided by Managers/Supervisors
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative and find solutions
- Flexibility to work when required
