About the opportunity

Join the WesTrac team as a Parts Sales Coordinator at our Dubbo branch! We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated individual to be the face of our parts sales operations.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of our part sales operations and will work closely with our sales and service teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and support the overall success of the branch.

Roster:
Monday to Friday - 7AM-5:30PM
10 hours a day
50 hour week
On Call roster with additional Saturday once per month

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service to customers by managing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of parts.
Employee will be trained to be able to construct Hydraulic hoses
Ability to float between warehouse and hose room duties when required
Collaborate closely with sales and service teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and support branch success.
Handle inbound order calls, process data, and interpret parts requirements.
Follow up on customer inquiries to meet their needs.
Conduct regular stocktakes and assist with warehousing duties, including picking, packing, and dispatching parts.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a high-level customer service role.
Forklift License (highly regarded)
An aptitude and interest in technical/industrial products/services.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Intermediate computer literacy skills – MS Office and internet-based applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and a diverse range of team members.
Positive attitude and passion to deliver the best outcome for the customer every time.
Zendesk and Cisco Experience Highly Regarded
