Longs Packaging Pty Ltd is a family-owned food packaging supplier based in Clayton South. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Storeperson to join our team and help ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Pick and pack customer orders accurately
Prepare orders for dispatch and freight collection
Load and unload delivery vehicles and incoming freight safely.
Check incoming stock
Put stock away and maintain warehouse organisation
Assist with inventory control
Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
General warehouse and operational duties as required
Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely (if licensed)
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
Load and unload delivery vehicles and incoming freight
Conduct local customer deliveries and collections
Receive, check, and put away stock
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards
Assist with stocktakes and inventory control
Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
Complete delivery paperwork and warehouse documentation
Conduct local customer deliveries and collections
Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries

Skills & Experience

Previous warehouse, storeperson or logistics experience preferred but not required
Forklift licence required
Current Australian Driver's Licence required
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Physically fit and capable of manual handling
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good driving record
