CONCILIATION COORDINATOR – PERSONAL INJURY – MELBOURNE, VIC (6-MONTH CONTRACT)

The primary purpose of this role is to provide the timely and accurate administration of conciliation processes and excellent customer service to all stakeholders, ensuring that they are kept regularly informed throughout the process.

About the role

Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, ensuring that they are kept regularly informed throughout the process
Identify and collate information which is required to be redacted and presented to the WIC through accurate administration skills
Ensure information being shared is accurate and supplied in a timely manner
Maintain VAL and other internal management systems
Organise staff transportation
Manage the team's central emails and distribute information as necessary to Dispute Management Officers
Provide all reasonable support to Dispute Resolution Managers
Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders through the delivery of high levels of customer service expected

About you

Extensive experience working with Victorian Workers Compensation Legislation or equivalent.
Experience and / familiarity with MS Office, ACCTion, Novus and Outlook technology
Excellent time management skills and demonstrated experience in working with short timeframes
Proven ability to analyse and interpret assessment information. For example, medical and circumstantial information
Strong track record of delivering quality customer service and demonstrating customer centric behaviours
Experience in liability determination and assessment of personal injury claims and / equivalent.
Experience in a client facing role and / equivalent
A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape
