What youll do:

Manage and maintain enterprise-wide registers for ICT hardware assets, software licences and technology contracts, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and audit readiness.
Coordinate software licence renewals and contract lifecycle activities, ensuring critical renewals are identified and managed well ahead of expiry dates.
Monitor software licensing compliance and support governance activities to minimise operational, financial and cybersecurity risk
Develop and enhance governance frameworks, processes and controls that improve visibility, compliance and accountability across technology assets and contracts.
Partner closely with technology owners, procurement and legal teams to facilitate efficient contract administration and renewal processes.
Act as the central source of truth for technology asset and software contract information across the organisation.

What we are looking for:

Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Technology, Procurement or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
Proven experience managing ICT hardware assets, software licences and technology asset registers within a large and complex organisation.
Strong understanding of technology asset lifecycle management, software licensing governance and compliance requirements.
Experience working with ServiceNow or similar asset and contract management platforms.
A highly detail-oriented and process-driven approach, with a strong focus on accuracy, governance and risk management.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple renewal schedules, registers and reporting requirements simultaneously.
