Reporting into the CEO, you will be responsible for the strategic and end-to-end management of supply chain, procurement, logistics, dispatch, inventory, and service fulfilment. Your focus is on integrating production seamlessly with just-in-time procurement, optimising costs, and ensuring zero unplanned downtime across our operations.
This is currently an individual contributor position with strategic accountability, directly tied to OKRs on cost efficiency, reliability, and safety. As the business grows, this position will evolve into a leadership role, with responsibility for shaping and leading a high-performance operations team to support the company’s long-term growth strategy.
Supply Chain & Procurement
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies that optimise costs, mitigate risk, and ensure supply continuity.
- Lead supplier negotiations to optimise BOM costs and secure favourable terms.
- Implement and maintainjust-in-time procurement models to align with production schedules.
- Digitise and streamline procurement processes, integrating with ERP and Salesforce systems.
Logistics & Dispatch
- Direct all inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely movement of raw materials and finished products.
- Oversee logistics coordination for 4 Stanton Road site operations, safeguarding against production downtime.
- Establish relationships with logistics partners to ensure service reliability and cost efficiency.
Inventory Management
- Own inventory strategy to support manufacturing, repairs, and maintenance operations.
- Implement robust stock control frameworks, including Just-in-Time restocking of all critical data compartment inventory (2–3 Hub units/month).
- Conduct quarterly stocktakes, audits, and reporting to inform business decisions.
Service Fulfilment (Repairs & Maintenance)
- Ensure all SDS drone, HubX, and HubT maintenance plans are delivered on time.
- Digitise and enforce preventive maintenance schedules in Salesforce.
- Oversee consumables management, ensuring end-to-end digital traceability of gas, tooling, and other operational supplies.
Safety & Compliance
- Drive a safety-first culture, leading scheduled safety inspections across equipment, vehicles, racking, and facilities.
- Complete toolbox talks monthly, embedding a culture of safety and operational discipline.
- Log downtime root-cause analysis for every instance of downtime to enable structured process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety audits and regulatory standards.
Pay: $85,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
