Full Job Description

Sales Representitive (High-Ticket, Commission-Driven)

We're looking for a sales leader who lives for the chase. You'll own high-ticket, high-stakes deals from first conversation to closed contract, helping shape how we sell as much as what we sell.

We're not looking for someone to manipulate clients into working with us, we're looking for someone who genuinely cares about the best interest for the client and how we can support them as an agency. Someone who is so passionate about what they do, confident in their skills and excited to enter a space where they can hit the ground running with knowledge and direction.

What you'll do

Lead high-ticket sales conversations end-to-end, from prospecting through to close
Work across a mix of lead sources - from cold outreach, to mostly qualified leads, to some already warm - and know how to adjust your approach for each
Bring your own experience and playbook, and help us sharpen ours together
Test new strategies, pivot when needed, and help us find better ways to sell as the agency grows
Work collaboratively with the team - strategy, creative, and production - to make sure what's sold is what we can deliver, brilliantly
Represent Render Media as a creative partner in every pitch, not a vendor chasing a signature
Keep growing through ongoing learning - courses, mentors, experiences, whatever sharpens your edge
Be keen to develop an understanding of our industry, the services we offer and an effort to learn about the needs of our clients

What you'll bring

Proven experience closing high-ticket deals, ideally in a commission-driven environment
A genuine love of the chase - you get a buzz from the pursuit, not just the payoff
Objection handling that's water off a duck's back - pushback doesn't rattle you, it sharpens you
A strategic mind that's always exploring - you wake up thinking about the next tactic to test, not just running the same playbook on repeat
A track record of leadership in sales, whether that's managing a team, a pipeline, or simply how you carry yourself in the room
Strong sales fundamentals paired with real curiosity - confident in what you know, and still keen to learn
A collaborative mindset - you enjoy working alongside a team as much as chasing your own number

Compensation

This role includes a contracted base to give you stability, plus commission of 5–15% on bookings - so your earning potential grows directly with your results. Projects can range from $1k to $15k+.
