Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated IELTS Online Instructors to join our dynamic team. This role involves delivering high-quality, engaging online lessons to students preparing for the IELTS exam. The ideal candidate will possess strong teaching skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping students achieve their language goals. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on learners worldwide.

Duties

Conduct interactive online IELTS preparation classes tailored to individual student needs
Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans covering all IELTS components, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing
Provide constructive feedback to students on their performance and progress
Monitor student engagement and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress reports
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence
Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam formats and teaching methodologies to ensure effective instruction

Experience

Native-level English proficiency, with at least one year of prior experience in tutoring or teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) is mandatory
Classroom experience or online teaching experience is a must
Strong writing skills to assist students with essay and report writing tasks
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and patiently
Passion for education and helping students succeed in achieving their language proficiency goals

Pay: $40.00 – $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1.0 – 10.0 per week

Work Location: Remote
