Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated IELTS Online Instructors to join our dynamic team. This role involves delivering high-quality, engaging online lessons to students preparing for the IELTS exam. The ideal candidate will possess strong teaching skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping students achieve their language goals. Duties
- Conduct interactive online IELTS preparation classes tailored to individual student needs
- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans covering all IELTS components, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their performance and progress
- Monitor student engagement and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress reports
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence
- Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam formats and teaching methodologies to ensure effective instruction
Experience
- Native-level English proficiency, with at least one year of prior experience in tutoring or teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) is mandatory
- Classroom experience or online teaching experience is a must
- Strong writing skills to assist students with essay and report writing tasks
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and patiently
- Passion for education and helping students succeed in achieving their language proficiency goals
Pay: $40.00 – $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1.0 – 10.0 per week
