Social Media Content Creator (On-Site)

We're looking for a creative and reliable Social Media Content Creator to join our team. This is an ongoing opportunity, with the right candidate being considered for a long-term position.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role with a focus on creating engaging content for our social media channels. You'll be responsible for capturing high quality footage, filming short-form videos, editing content and preparing it for publication across platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

Availability

Minimum 4 days per week on site, including weekends.
Hours: 10:30 am – 6:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities

Capture daily on-site content, including behind-the-scenes footage, artist work, client reactions, and studio moments.
Film short-form videos and photos suitable for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
Identify engaging, story-driven moments that align with our brand.
Edit content and prepare it for publishing.
Work closely with the team to ensure key moments, services, and events are consistently documented.
Stay up to date with social media trends and suggest content ideas that maximise engagement and reach.

Requirements

Confident using a smartphone or camera to capture high-quality content.
Strong understanding of what performs well on social media.
Good eye for storytelling, composition, timing, and visual detail.
Reliable, organised, and able to work as part of a creative team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
